At 90BREW, we are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience. Please review the following policy for information on how we handle and process your orders.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping requests, please contact us at hello@90brew.com to inquire about availability and potential costs.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed.

- Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

- Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): Flat rate of $7.49 for orders under $50.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Subscriptions always ship free.
- Expedited Shipping (1-3 Business Days): Rates vary based on location and order size, calculated at checkout.

90BREW will on occasion offer additional shipping promotions.
These can change without notice — shipping costs are always calculated at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier's website.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or high-demand periods.

90BREW is not responsible for any shipments affected by customs, force majeure events, transfers from one carrier to another, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any other extra fees or charges related to your shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

Please ensure all shipping details are correct when placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@90brew.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee address modifications once an order has shipped.

RETURNS

Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.

If you wish to send back an order, please contact 90BREW first to obtain the correct return address. 90BREW's warehouse is located in the United States.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at hello@90brew.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products in good condition. 90BREW holds the right to refuse any claims made after this timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we only offer shipping to the US through our website. For bulk orders or special requests, please contact us directly at hello@90brew.com for assistance.

Non-EU and Non-US orders will be considered international orders and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery.
As a customer, you will be responsible for payment of such import charges. 90BREW is not liable for any duties or taxes associated with orders we process.

Import charges are normally based on the item's price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any local taxes, duties, and fees. As charges vary across countries, 90BREW advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
